Drs. Earl & Janet Creps – Lead Pastors

Earl and Jan love living in Berkeley and serving 360church, their first start-up after leading three other congregations. Along the way, Earl earned a Ph.D. at Northwestern University, serving as a university and seminary professor, and both the Creps’ completed a D.Min. at AGTS. Earl is a huge Pittsburgh Steeler fan and Janet is devoted to Hostess chocolate cupcakes. They enjoy coffee and love the movies.

Natasha Dagys – Music Coordinator

Natasha loves the ever-changing scene of the city of Berkeley. Having served at other churches in the past, she is excited to be a part of the start-up at 360. Throughout her life Natasha has grown to love chocolate, the beach, and a good cup of espresso. A graduate of Cal in music and psychology, she decided to stay at the University and is currently pursuing her PhD in school psychology.

Jeff & Ericka Sandstrom – Associate Pastors

Jeff and Ericka live in Emeryville, CA. They serve as Associate Pastors at 360Church, having graduated from Central Bible College, with Ericka completing an MA at AGTS. Even though they are newlyweds Jeff and Ericka have been best friends for nearly a decade. They both enjoy reading and movies. While Ericka chooses the rich silk of chocolate, Jeff prefers the salty much of popcorn.

Jason Bohanon – 360kids Ministry

Jason migrated from Missouri to pursue God’s call on his life in California. With undergraduate and graduate backgrounds in chemistry he has spent the last few years teaching math, science, and computing at both high school and college levels.  Jason has had a passion for children’s ministry since middle school and taught 4-year-olds at his home church for the past 12 years, bringing them the good news through hands-on activities, interactive Bible stories, gospel magic, and a painfully extended rendition of the song, “Father Abraham.” He also solves Rubik’s Cubes in his free time.

Jamie Dozal – 360kids Ministry

Originally from Arizona, Jamie is a graduate of Rockford (IL) Masters Commission. She works as a property manager at a low income apartment community in the area helping people connect with the housing resources they need. Jamie also is in the process of completing an AA in Social Services. She brings many years of experience to her work with children in the 360kids program, of which she is the founding Director. Jamie values helping children learn through creativity and discovery. She really likes coffee, reading, taking pictures and (of course) kids.

Paul Limones – Worship Team

Although Paul was born and raised in the Bay Area, he has lived abroad in the largest Spanish speaking capitals of the world:  Madrid and Mexico City.  He has a particular love for Spain’s Manchego Cheese and the native Castilian accent.  Paul holds a bachelor’s of science in International Business from Saint Mary’s College of California.  He is currently working on a latin pop music project with his identical twin brother, and is also a member of the U.S. Master’s Swim Team.  When he’s not in the pool or in the recording studio, Paul enjoys reading up on current world events, and practicing with the 360 band!

Marc & Semra Madrigal – College Pastors

Marc and Semra just can’t stay away from college students. Both graduates of the University of California at Davis, they serve as college ministers with Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship on the Cal campus. Things they love include the people of Berkeley, the aroma of coffee, and an ancient technology called the “book”. They both hail from Southern California but plan to stick around the Bay for a long time.

John Sillcox – College Pastor

John has lived in villages and national capitals, financial and technological centers, houses full of family and apartments with strangers, but he is excited to begin to make a home in Berkeley, even though his math degree does come from Stanford University. He now serves as a college minister with Chi Alpha at Cal and absolutely loves the job. Get him talking and he has a story or some surprising bit of knowledge for almost any situation.

Alan & Amy Weissenbacher – Leadership Team

Amy and Alan like backpacking and camping, exploring new foods, playing scrabble, laughing together, and looking at cute animal pictures on the internet.
