What does the name ‘360church’ mean?
We know you were thinking it already! Well, allow us to explain.
Each number tells a certain story about us, which looks like this:
3 commitments,
the other 6 days of the week,
with 0 regrets
“3” stands for our 3 commitments
Our Creator
Something we desire to live out is genuine faith.
Creative People
We constantly want to explore new avenues of creativity.
Connections
We believe one of the places we can make these connections is here at 360church.
“6” represents the other 6 days of the week
Our focus is about serving God in our community when it’s not Sunday.
Sunday meetings can be “black hole” for a church instead of a launching pad for life, consuming so much time and energy that little else happens. Because of this, we want to be engaged in our community and campus, serving its citizens and students Monday through Saturday. Similarly, we want to serve the world by bringing the good news about Jesus and by helping meet pressing material needs as well.
“0” represents 0 regrets
A life lived without regrets is a treasure. Reconciliation with our Creator through faith in Jesus allows us to walk in forgiveness and healing, making it possible to live with purpose and calling.
360church is committed to serving Berkeley without regrets, and to helping creatives find this same kind of life.
